Sani Panhwar was born in 1960 in Sindh Pakistan, he completed his bechelors degree in Civil Engineering from Mehran University in 1985 and in 1986 he moved to USA. Since then he is living in Caliofnia with his wife, three daughters and one son.

Sani is involved in retail sales, real estate and constrauction.
